In 2017, Engel & Völkers North America announced Christa Huffstickler, one of Atlanta’s top real estate professionals, had joined the international network to open Engel & Völkers Atlanta, the company’s fifth brokerage in the Greater Atlanta area.
Christa’s diverse experience in the marketing arena provide her a unique perspective, and her skills have proven to be invaluable in new project launches, revival of existing marketing campaigns, exit strategy solutions, and onsite sales execution. Partnering with her clients to successfully position their projects based on real-time market analysis, Christa executes vital business development plans on diverse residential real estate including condominiums, townhomes, single family, and mixed use projects. Winner of Atlanta Homebuilders Association’s coveted Obie Award, Christa has worked on some of Atlanta’s premier condominium and townhome communities, and is currently managing over a half a billion dollars of new home development listings.
A native Atlantan, Scott followed his father into the real estate world in 1978. He acquired Askew Realty Co. from his father in 1982 and in 1995 acquired Fourteen West, REALTORS® in Intown Atlanta. Fourteen West has since set the standard of quality real estate service in the Intown Atlanta market. With an eye to the future and his belief in the international reputation and power of Engel & Völkers, Scott joined the company to maximize the potential of Fourteen West, REALTORS®.
Now, as the owner of Engel & Völkers Intown Atlanta and Engel & Völkers Brookhaven Atlanta, Scott attempts to mentor each of his Associates on both a business and personal level, and remains committed to actively supporting their drive to become as successful as they want to be in both the real estate industry and in life.

Shirley Gary has been in real estate and new construction sales management throughout metro Atlanta for more than 20 years with such companies as Pulte Homes, DR Horton Homes, Sharon McSwain Homes and Paul Thomas Homes. She started the Real Estate Brokerage About Sales, Inc. in 2007 at the downturn of the market. By 2013, Shirley had grown the company to almost $4 million in annual gross revenues.
In response to Atlanta’s rising stature on the global market as a major international city for living, working, and investing, Shirley announced that her company About Sales, Inc. is now Engel & Völkers.
Every client and real estate professional who has ever dealt with Cynthia respects her extensive real estate knowledge, negotiating skills and her expert insights into extreme marketplaces. Joining Keller Williams Realty in 2002 as a Qualifying Broker, Cynthia went on to open, staff and develop two successful offices and then re launched a third office transforming its red-inked balance sheet to the third most profitable office in the Southeast Region.
In 2016, Cynthia joined Engel and Volkers working from the Brookhaven office. As a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtor’s Professional Standards Committee, which encourages strict adherence to the REALTORS® Code of Ethics by all members, Lippert participates and Chairs in conduct hearings on alleged violations, commission disputes, and other matters referred by the Grievance Committee and/or the Board of Directors.
Cynthia serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Institute of Real Estate, the training arm of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, since 2011. In 2016, she was appointed Dean for the Board of Governors. She also was appointed as the 2014 Director of the Leadership Development Program for the Atlanta Board of Realtors and will serve a two year appointment as Vice Chair and Chairman of the Million Dollar Club Committee for 2015 and 2016.
