Alis Agayn was born in Bulgaria and raised in both New York and Georgia, giving her a diverse perspective and an optimistic view of change. As a world traveler and a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Alis has quickly become a master of communication and understanding. With a history in medical and retail sales, and the service industry, Alis inherently puts the client’s needs first and assures a timely and pleasant experience throughout the entire real estate transaction. Her retail background and passion for anything aesthetically appealing make her exceptional at staging, giving your home the competitive advantage.
Alis joined Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty in 2015, where she was personally mentored by Rhonda Haran, a 20-year industry veteran, top producer and 2016 Vice Chair of the Georgia Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee. Learning from Rhonda that a commitment to excellence is the cornerstone of success, Alis routinely attended seminars and classes to stay up-to-date on the fast-paced world of luxury real estate. She consistently raised her own standards and set new goals to better serve her valued clients. While working at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, she met Christa Huffstickler, the former VP of Developmental Services. In 2017, Alis joined Christa Huffstickler’s team at Engel and Voelkers Atlanta. Christa is a License Partner, as well as one of 67 Engel and Voelkers Private Office Advisors worldwide.
Alis understands that the sale of one’s home is potentially the most important transaction of that person’s life. With this said, her genuine care for clients, combined with a positive attitude and strong work ethic make her a worthy asset to this emotional transaction. Alis currently lives in Midtown, Atlanta, but provides real estate service all over Georgia. In her free time, Alis loves cooking (and eating), traveling, reading, attending concerts, camping, interior design and spending time with family and friends.
