Selig Development unveiled plans for “The Works Chattahoochee” back in August 2017.
Located in Atlanta’s Upper West Side neighborhood, The Works will be a cross-functional development featuring niche work, living spaces, distinctive retail and dining, imaginative experiences and inspired gathering areas. The interconnected environment was inspired by Atlanta’s progressive entrepreneurs, proficient artisans, and creative makers.
If all goes well, that would include 500 residences, a 200-key boutique hotel, 13 acres of green space, and about 100,000 more square feet of retail than Atlanta’s Ikea.
The project will assemble in phases and is expected to be completed in five to 10 years.
