Sam Morgan grew up in South Alabama and joined the Marine Corps after high school. He served the United States honorably for six years. A love of people and the gift of gab are inherent traits that he possesses from his Father. After moving to Atlanta in 1999, he began his real estate career in 2000. Over the past 18 years, He has had the opportunity to not only help individuals buy and sell their homes, but also work to sell and market condominium communities and new single-family home communities throughout the Southeast. The relationships built and knowledge gained in these positions allows him to guide his clients through the home buying or selling process as smoothly as possible.

This is a tremendous compliment to him because he believes buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions a person will make in his or her life and a real estate professional should be honest and full of energy. Although real estate is a serious business, he loves to have fun in the process. He loves what he does and its easy for him to find the silver linings and laughable moments each and every day.
