Katy is an Atlanta native who has always been passionate about real estate. As a child, she has lived in numerous homes around the Northside/Buckhead areas. In 2017, she moved her family from Vinings to Sandy Springs and lived through a renovation. This process helped her realize her passion for this growing city and her desire to help families make the right decision for their lifestyle. Katy enjoys working in residential real estate and new home development because Atlanta is a dynamic and international city. Katy loves sharing the city she is so passionate about with people looking to make it their home. She also understands the complexities of families and schools as well as how important one’s investment is. Katy is fiercely loyal, honest and excels in communication with her clients.
She is a graduate of Pace Academy and went on to attend Vanderbilt University where she received a B.A. in Education and B.A. in Spanish. Katy and her Husband, Mark, are high-school sweethearts who are raising two wonderful children, Maddy and Brynes. Katy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing tennis, cooking, entertaining and volunteering at Holy Innocents Episcopal School. She is also involved with The Piedmont Driving Club as the chair of the tennis and swim committees, Trinity School, North Avenue Presbyterian Church, and Young Life Northwest Atlanta.
