Colony House Condominiums
Colony House condominium is part of the iconic Colony Square complex originally designed by the architects Jova / Daniels / Busby as part of the first mixed use development in the Southeast in the mid 1970’s. The mall component is currently being completely reimagined by North American Properties as a premier destination dining and entertainment location located in the heart of the Midtown Arts district. When completed (2020) there will be a premium multi screen theatre, multiple restaurant and bar options, boutique pop up bistros, premium retailers and open green space.
The Colony House Condominium is comprised of 193 residential units. Unit sizes range from 700 square foot studios to 3000+ square foot penthouses with private roof spaces. Most of the units are two bed room plus den plans in the 1700 square foot range. Colony House is known for it’s poured concrete architectural elements and is home to many renowned architects and designers. The building recently renovated its lobby and replaced it’s three elevator cabs.
All of the utilities (including basic cable and internet) are included in the monthly HOA. The building is famous for the white glove services provided by it’s dedicated concierge staff. Dry cleaning and laundry pick up and drop off is available to all residents. There is an experienced engineering staff to deal with any “in house” maintenance needs. There is a full time in house property management team available 9-5 pm Monday thru Friday.
Residents at Colony House are less than a ten-minute walk from the Arts Center Marta station, Piedmont Park, Atlanta Botanical Garden, Woodruff Arts Center and The High Museum of Art. There are multiple restaurant and entertainment options within a few blocks of the property. The new Whole Foods Midtown (14th and West Peachtree) is also in close proximity.
