In 2017, Christa joined the Engel & Völkers international network to open Engel & Völkers Atlanta, the company’s fifth brokerage in the Greater Atlanta area.
Christa is one of the few real estate brokers in the real estate industry with a comprehensive understanding of both new home sales and general brokerage, having spent dedicated periods of her career analyzing and finding ways to fine-tune and successfully execute the strategies and tactics of each. Winner of Atlanta Homebuilders Association’s coveted Obie Award, Christa has worked on some of Atlanta’s premier condominium and townhome communities in the city’s most prestigious neighborhoods, and is currently managing over a half a billion dollars of home listings. Her extensive market knowledge, forward-thinking initiatives and focused skill have allowed her to act as an educator, leader and visionary to offer qualified and thoughtful recommendations to her team of advisors who serve a diverse array of clients.
Seeing value in interconnecting these fundamentally similar businesses, Christa took her blueprint for the company’s strategic approach to new home sales and modified this model to apply it the general brokerage world with an emphasis on digital marketing, syndication and technology. She is now Owner and CEO of Engel & Völkers Atlanta with two dedicated divisions – new homes sale and general brokerage real estate – each uniquely positioned to best serve their clients’ unique needs from major developers to Atlanta residents looking to buy or sell.
Christa’s vast and varied experience in the marketing arena provides her a one-of-a-kind perspective, and her skills have proven to be invaluable in coaching and mentoring, helping to grow the businesses of her agents, implementing impactful digital marketing campaigns, facilitating project launches, creating innovative marketing campaigns, and executing exit strategy and onsite sales execution.
