Adrian Schmidt, Associate Broker, has over two decades of real estate experience specializing in all product types throughout Atlanta and North Georgia's most desirable communities. His markets include Buckhead, Brookhaven, Inman Park, Midtown, Morningside, Old Fourth Ward, Sandy Springs, Virginia-Highland and Vinings, as well as the North Georgia mountain and lake country, including Blue Ridge, Ellijay, Morganton, Mineral Bluff and Blairsville up to Rabun County. 

 

As a Top Performer and a Life Member with the Atlanta REALTORS® Top Producers, Adrian brings an advanced level of creativity, intelligence and negotiating skill developed through a wide array of property transactions, including luxury homes, condominiums, townhomes and commercial real estate. He packages his experience alongside the latest technologies and marketing innovations to help clients confidently navigate the market while leveraging his extensive network of personal connections and resources.

 

Outside of residential real estate, Adrian's business experiences include roles with a global commercial property portfolio manager, the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games (ACOG) and a boutique firm focused on the brokerage of hotel properties. He has experience in the technology industry and co-founded a commercial real estate software firm that a leading information services company eventually acquired.

 

Adrian is a resident of Brookhaven and served on the city's planning commission. He earned a bachelor's degree in business and finance from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, speaks Hungarian, and enjoys traveling globally.
