Where to start?! I guess I should start by saying that I am a first time home buyer. I was terrified, completely confused and I had zero idea what I was doing. From the very first contact with Jen, it was like I've known her forever. She assured me that I would be taken care of and she would walk me through the whole process. I think of myself of being naive to a point. so I believed her. And Oh my god did she deliver! Not only did she give me the contact for the Best loan officer ever, she went above and beyond to make all my wishes come true. The first home me and my husband saw felt perfect! However, we wanted to keep looking around to see what else was out there. Jennifer knew, just by talking to us and building that rapport, that we would always go back to that first house. After one of the visits to another property, Jen looked at us and asked us he most important question I have been asked in some time: "If the house at "123 Street" is sold to someone else... how would you feel?" and right then and there we decided to make an offer on that first house. Jen didn't put any pressure on us, she showed us as many houses as we wanted to see (even though some were Oh so weird!). She took her time to ask all the questions that I didn't know to ask and she made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. At one point we had a minor hiccup and I was ready to give up and pass on our dream home. Jen would not have it! She worked very closely with my loan officer, came up with a plan and they both convince me to keep going. Who does that?! I call Jen my "House buying fairy godmother" and I think that is not even close to all she did for us. Even during the waiting period she kept in touch, asking how we were, how our plans were going. She reached out to us even just to ask about our families after Hurricane Maria, since she knows we still have family there. I could write a whole book chapter on Jennifer, her work ethics, how she engages with her clients and how she Genuinely cares about the people she works with. I am elated that I got my home and Jen made everything seem very smooth. I am, however, sadden that we dont get to work together any more.

Jennifer was an overall pleasure to work with while looking for a new home. I was looking in 3 general areas and Jennifer was knowable of all 3 areas and help guild me in the right direction. She worked very well with the Selling agent during the offer process so not to offend the seller while not offering to much. She answered all my questions without hesitation and on my level so that I could understand. I was not looking forward to the house hunting process, but Jennifer made the process very smooth.
