Hi, I’m Blair Boyd, a real estate advisor with over 17 years of experience and a deep love for Atlanta’s homes and neighborhoods. Like most people, I’ve always been drawn to beautiful houses—their architecture, how they’re decorated, and how they serve the people who live in them. But what I truly love is helping clients navigate one of the most important (and emotional) financial decisions of their lives.

 

Buying or selling a home is personal, but it’s also a serious investment. That’s why I guide my clients with a balance of empathy, expertise, and data-backed insight so they can feel confident at every step. With a background in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State and a Master’s in Health Informatics from Kent State, I bring a unique analytical mindset to real estate, helping clients see both the big picture and the fine print.

 

I’ve been selling Atlanta real estate since 2000 and currently call Midtown home. Living near Piedmont Park in a walkable, amenity-rich neighborhood gives me firsthand insight into what makes this city special. When I’m not working, you’ll find me reading, traveling, or doing yoga at my favorite neighborhood studio. I also share my home with a charming cat named Mr. Big.
