Jennifer’s management from start to finish is exactly what a seller needs. Her ability to price a house to sell quickly, juggle multiple over-asking offers and guide everyone to a successful closing makes her an extraordinary agent!

Jennifer was absolutely a joy to work with! she helped us not only buy our new home, but sell our old one. we will be recommending her to anyone we meet that needs a strong realtor!

I’m very happy to recommend Jennifer. I’ve just completed my fourth real estate transaction with her in five years and will continue to use her in the future to buy or sell real estate. Her knowledge and experience are invaluable when navigating the marketplace. We joke that every deal is different and because of that you need someone who is friendly, flexible, diplomatic, and a creative problem solver. In addition to being awesome on her own, she also has a deep network of quality, experienced contacts and contractors to help in other areas that come up during a transaction. With Jennifer, you know she is always your advocate and working hard both directly and behind the scenes to successfully close your deal. Definitely a five star player. Thanks Jennifer!

Highly knowledgeable and responsive, Jennifer is someone you can rely on to find your next home and guide you through the journey (even in today's challenging market). Without getting too personal, i had some health challenges during my home search. Jennifer was caring and accommodating. She went above and beyond to learn what I wanted in a home and then would preview homes on my behalf or FaceTime me with me so I could virtually tour homes when I was physically unable. Jennifer truly looked out for my best interests and would not let me settle. She encouraged me to trust the process and promised I would find the right house. I am beyond happy with my new home. Jennifer is a trusted agent and someone that I now consider a friend.

There aren't enough stars on this scale for me to show how thankful I am that Jennifer was my agent. My wife and I absolutely loved working with Jennifer. She helped me through a first offer that went sour on the seller's end. She responded to all my questions and even took my panicked phone calls. Jennifer is patient and thoughtful, and above all professional. She helped us put together a great bid, and we got the condo! Can't thank her enough. We strongly recommend her to anyone in the area who is looking for a knowledgeable agent who will work tirelessly with your best interest in mind.

Jennifer Crim surpassed all the expectations I had for my realtor. She clearly demonstrated her knowledge of the Atlanta area, as well as the Atlanta real estate market. Jennifer Crim determined what my personal and financial real estate goals were and then dedicated her time and expertise to help me reach those goals.

I am so glad we got Jennifer as our agent. She is the best of best! We love her so much. She cares about us and helped us through the process. Buying a home is a stressful thing, and you can have so many issues through out the process. However, Jennifer understood me and helped me everytime when I freaked out. To be honest, I was a bad customer. I was not sure what I wanted. I kept changed my mind because I simply dodn’t feel like our home. Jeniffer understood me and tried to figured it out together, and she finally got us house which we love. I don’t know when we are going to move again, but I am definately going to contact her again, and I am definately going to recommend her to my friends. There are so many agents out there. But, it’s hard to find the one who cares you. She was the one who cares you, and be there for you all the time. Thank you so much Jennifer, I couldn’t go through this process without you.

I am a foreign investor and Jennifer helped me through all the process with unlimited amount of patient and professionalism. Helped me even beyond her scope just to make my life easier with my 1st investment in US. Well recommended to work with Jennifer, you won't regret.

Where to start?! I guess I should start by saying that I am a first time home buyer. I was terrified, completely confused and I had zero idea what I was doing. From the very first contact with Jen, it was like I've known her forever. She assured me that I would be taken care of and she would walk me through the whole process. I think of myself of being naive to a point. so I believed her. And Oh my god did she deliver! Not only did she give me the contact for the Best loan officer ever, she went above and beyond to make all my wishes come true. The first home me and my husband saw felt perfect! However, we wanted to keep looking around to see what else was out there. Jennifer knew, just by talking to us and building that rapport, that we would always go back to that first house. After one of the visits to another property, Jen looked at us and asked us he most important question I have been asked in some time: "If the house at "123 Street" is sold to someone else... how would you feel?" and right then and there we decided to make an offer on that first house. Jen didn't put any pressure on us, she showed us as many houses as we wanted to see (even though some were Oh so weird!). She took her time to ask all the questions that I didn't know to ask and she made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. At one point we had a minor hiccup and I was ready to give up and pass on our dream home. Jen would not have it! She worked very closely with my loan officer, came up with a plan and they both convince me to keep going. Who does that?! I call Jen my "House buying fairy godmother" and I think that is not even close to all she did for us. Even during the waiting period she kept in touch, asking how we were, how our plans were going. She reached out to us even just to ask about our families after Hurricane Maria, since she knows we still have family there. I could write a whole book chapter on Jennifer, her work ethics, how she engages with her clients and how she Genuinely cares about the people she works with. I am elated that I got my home and Jen made everything seem very smooth. I am, however, sadden that we dont get to work together any more.

Jennifer was an overall pleasure to work with while looking for a new home. I was looking in 3 general areas and Jennifer was knowable of all 3 areas and help guild me in the right direction. She worked very well with the Selling agent during the offer process so not to offend the seller while not offering to much. She answered all my questions without hesitation and on my level so that I could understand. I was not looking forward to the house hunting process, but Jennifer made the process very smooth.

Working with Jennifer on the purchase of our first home was a wonderful experience. She offered much-needed advice and encouragement throughout the entire process. She demonstrated excellent knowledge of the North Atlanta metro area, which really aided in our search. Jennifer is incredibly responsive and she works hard to make her clients happy. As stressful as it is being a first-time home-buyer (or any buyer), Jennifer made the process as smooth as possible, and my husband and I cannot thank her enough. When and if we are ready to re-sell our home in the future, I will not hesitate to contact her.

Jennifer was great! We were first time home buyers and she was very helpful and would answer any question we had regarding the sale and the buying process. She is super sweet and would highly recommend her to anyone else looking to buy or sell.

Jennifer understood what I was looking for and helped me purchase the right house that fit my needs. She made time to show me houses as soon as they hit the market. In a hot market like East Cobb, being the first one to see a house made all the difference. She was also always available to answer my questions. After I purchased the house Jennifer helped me list it for rental and find the best tenant. Her help during the leasing process was invaluable. I highly recommend Jennifer Crim.

Jennifer was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful!! Any questions I had, she was always available to answer them quickly! I was able to close in 21 days! I would highly recommend her to buyer looking for the smoothest experience!

When I was told buying and selling a home would be in the top 3 most stressful situations I face, that was no lie! I'm a wife and mother of 2 and I work full time as the CEO of a successful family business. Like most, I'm always busy and my day never seems to end. Jennifer Crim made this experience an incredible one. From the first day we started our home buying search to the closing chair, she was there for me every step of the way, holding my hand, guiding me and giving me the best sound answers whether I wanted to hear them or not. Jennifer wanted me to do the right thing, buy the right house for my family and not settle until I found it. Every text, every phone call, every email, all answered and answered quickly. I found my home and closed within 1 month, actually several days shy of a month and then my house I'm selling was under contract within 2.5 weeks. Jennifer is sensational! If you're in the market to buy or sell she's your lady! With an industry of a gazillion realtors it was easy to make the decision to work with Jennifer Crim.

Jennifer made this process so easy for us! She is so personable and concerned about her clients needs. I cannot say enough about this wonder agent. I was particularly impressed with how she prepared us for each phase of the process.

Jennifer immensely assisted in making the home-buying process more comfortable for my fiance and I as first-time home buyers. She was easy to communicate openly with, responsive, and thorough in any explanation. Also, if ever she didn't know the answer to our question, she indicated an experienced person to connect with to get our questions answered thoroughly. She also contributed positive energy, encouragement and an optimistic outlook that I believe transformed what could otherwise be a cumbersome experience to become quite fun!

Jennifer consistently went above and beyond for my fiancé and I. This is our first home and I am so glad that Jennifer was our agent. She was unbelievably patient with us and helpful to us. At closing she even gave us a gift. She is incredible.

Wow, where to begin, we were trying to find a home from out of state and Jennifer was able to assist us in searching for a home and eventually buying a home. Initially we were searching for homes in an area out of our price budget and Jennifer was able to suggest a similar nearby area we would like. We were first time home buyers, and Jennifer made sure she provided us tips and advice through out the whole process. She is very honest person, and you will never feel like she is a 'sales person'. She is very tactful, organized, patient, and knowledgeable. When we buy a second property I will definitely give Jennifer a call!

Jennifer was very patient and understanding. She send me list of properties that match what I was looking for and she was always available to see properties with me. She was very responsive and communicating very well with me.

I have worked with many agents over the years and found that Jennifer Crim is truly one of the most professional, dedicated and knowledgable agents in Atlanta. She is extremely dependable, insightful and sold my house in 60 days -- a job 2 other agents could not do!

Jennifer Crim is responsive, dependable and incredibly patient. She did what 2 other agents could not do! She and her partner, Angie, sold my house in less than 60 days. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in the Buckhead and Sandy Springs areas. I will never use another agent!

Jennifer made the process of selling my previous condo and buying my new one as stress-free as possible. She has an extensive knowledge of the market and excellent resources within the industry. For example, her staging and the photographer she hired for the listing photos made the condo I was selling look so good I almost didn’t want to move! In addition to advising me on the repairs and equipment replacements that would maximize the sale price, she facilitated the sale of furniture I wasn’t taking with me to the new owner. Jennifer is professional, proactive, responsive and very easy to work with. I can’t recommend her enough.

It is with great enthusiasm that I recommend Jennifer Pollock Crim as an exceptional real estate broker. I used her for the first time almost five years ago. I knew I could trust her completely and that she would always look out for my best interests. She helped me sell the home my parents lived in for almost fifty years and the home I owned for more than thirty years. Both sales were emotional for different reasons, and I wouldn’t have gotten through either without Jennifer. Her in-depth understanding of market trends, property values, and the intricate process of selling a home were invaluable. What truly distinguishes Jennifer is her commitment to excellence and her unwavering work ethic. She was always accessible, promptly responding to my questions and providing updates. Her negotiation skills were excellent, ensuring that I received the best possible deal. Jennifer's attention to detail and thoroughness in handling paperwork and legalities gave me confidence and peace of mind throughout the second sale, as I was 3000 miles away. She handled absolutely everything on my behalf. Jennifer’s thoroughness with the process and genuine concern for me resulted in a great experience. She went above and beyond to ensure I was always in the loop and happy, often exceeding my expectations with her resourcefulness and proactive approach. Jennifer is a remarkable real estate broker whose professionalism, expertise, and client-centric approach make her a standout choice for anyone looking to buy or sell property. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking exceptional real estate services.

I worked with Jennifer Crim about four years ago to purchase my home, and she was absolutely fantastic. She made the process smooth and stress-free with her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for her clients. Even years later, I’m still grateful for her guidance and support in finding the perfect place. Highly recommend!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Jennifer Crim to buy our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, Jennifer was tenacious, patient, and genuinely caring. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through every step of the process with professionalism and warmth. Jennifer’s attention to detail, strong advocacy, and steady communication made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and even enjoyable. She went above and beyond to make sure we found the right home and that every question or concern was addressed along the way. We can’t recommend Jennifer Crim highly enough — if you’re buying or selling a home, she’s the one you want in your corner!

Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is a first-class professional, very knowledgeable and very much of an advocate for her clients. She made the home buying process as easy as I can imagine it could be. I highly recommend her without any reservation.

Jennifer was great during the sale of our house. She very quickly got us top dollar and became a trusted advisor for us during a challenging time. Thank you Jennifer!

Jennifer went above and beyond to help us find a new home and close with a seller that posed some difficulties to say the least. It was wonderful working with her and we felt she was very knowledgeable and had our backs through the whole process. We couldn’t have been happier with her.
