Brandi Washington

Brandi Washington is a highly accomplished licensed REALTOR® currently residing in Brookhaven. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Loyola University, Chicago, and her journey from her hometown of St. Louis, Missouri to Atlanta has been marked by a wealth of professional experiences. Brandi's career spans various roles, from her time in JPMorgan Chase's Management Training Program and Investment Banking, where she engaged with both internal and external clients, to her significant leadership role at the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA).

 

At NACA, she managed a team of over 60 staff members across seven offices, in the largest nonprofit homeownership program in the United States. Brandi's work at NACA included assisting homeowners through the entire home buying process, from contract to negotiation to closing. She also collaborated with senior leadership to achieve outreach goals and worked with organizations like the NSP Program and Down payment Assistance of Dekalb to help homebuyers secure grants for homeownership. In addition, Brandi played a key role in developing training manuals and an Internship Program for Dekalb County Workforce.

 

With over 14 years of experience in the homeownership arena, including seven years as a licensed Real Estate Agent, Brandi has consistently excelled in her career. Her previous roles as a licensed loan originator in Pennsylvania and Georgia, coupled with her top producer status and numerous accolades, underscore her commitment to excellence in her field. Her awards include Customer Service of the Year in 2019, Rainmaker & Leader for the KCN Atlanta team from 2021 to 2023, and Rookie of the Year for the KCN team in 2021-2022. Brandi's achievements extend to her certification as Regional Director for the 72 Sold Listing Program in 2023.

Outside of her professional life, Brandi is a loving dog owner to her ten-year-old canine companion named Taz. Brandi's personal interests include traveling, watching movies, shopping, and spending quality time at parks exploring walking trails, often accompanied by her boyfriend and Taz.
