Carlee Hutton brings a heart for service and a passion for connection to her work in real estate. With a background in patient accounts and financial advising at Northside Hospital, Carlee knows the value of empathy, precision, and clear communication—skills that seamlessly translate into guiding clients through the buying and selling process.

 

Since joining Engel & Völkers Atlanta in 2021, Carlee has immersed herself in the industry, eager to grow alongside some of Atlanta’s top producers. She thrives on building genuine relationships and is driven by the opportunity to serve people from all walks of life, making their real estate dreams a reality.

 

Carlee specializes in the vibrant Atlanta market, with a special love for her own neighborhood—Upper Westside. From walking the Northside Beltline Trail to dining at Howell’s Kitchen, Hankook Taqueria, and Barcelona Wine Bar, she enjoys all the local gems her area has to offer.

 

Outside of real estate, Carlee is deeply rooted in faith, family, and fun. She enjoys golfing with her husband James, morning coffee with their husky Chloe, and weekends at the lake. A Sigma Kappa alumna and Magna Cum Laude graduate, Carlee finds inspiration in both her personal and professional communities—and yes, she still holds the discus record at her high school.
