Charlie has a broad professional skill set, acquired primarily within the Healthcare Services business sector. He has held key positions of executive leadership, including C-level operations and sales management.

Initially, his healthcare industry career focus was exclusively on outside sales, within pharmaceutical and healthcare service organizations. After several years of success in field sales roles, he became more broadly involved in the sales and marketing endeavors of his organization, ultimately assuming full responsibility as VP of Sales. 

As a natural progression of his passion for business success, Charlie accepted assignments and challenges in non-sales arenas of the business, uniquely developing business acumen for both sales and operations. He ultimately assumed the role of COO and VP of Sales, at Atlanta Georgia based American Health Imaging, a provider of outpatient medical imaging services in eight states, throughout the Southeast, South-Central and Midwest U.S. Subsequently, Charlie served as Regional Vice President at Novant Health, operating the hospital and outpatient radiology service lines for the Greater Charlotte and Southern North Carolina markets.

Within the scope of his executive leadership roles, Charlie became increasingly involved in the real estate development and management component of business operations. He handled real estate search and acquisition, facility design and builds, facility renovations and construction project management. Charlie initially obtained real estate licensure in Georgia, during 1998. Beginning in 2021, He expanded the scope of his real estate endeavors to include residential real estate, with additional licensure in the states of Alabama, Tennessee and Florida.

Charlie is now an Engel & Volkers Real Estate Advisor, utilizing his skill and passion for great outcomes to serve the needs and interests of his clients.
