Connor Brookman launched his real estate career working with a commercial real estate company in Huntsville, Alabama, and residential investing/property flipping in Atlanta. In his early adult years, he also spent time in Madrid, Spain, working in a market advisory position. Here,e Connor gained exposure to a variety of clientele in a market where Engel & Völkers prevails as the leading brokerage, initially exposing him to the world-class brand that it stands as. Prior to establishing his career in Real Estate, Connor graduated with a global business and Spanish degree that aids him in his work today. Being a former D1 athlete, Connor specializes in working with athletes from across the world, as well as business owners, CEO’s, entrepreneurs, and investors looking to find a perfect second home getaway or an upgrade to their primary home. He is also a licensed agent in Alabama, where he splits his time between Atlanta. 

Connor grew up in Huntsville, Alabama, but is now a proud resident of East Cobb. His decision to join Engel & Völkers Atlanta was surrounded by the diversity and next-gen approach offered to him in this transition. In every transaction, Connor takes a heavily involved and individualized approach, as he feels getting to know his clients on a more personal level helps him position them for success in the marketplace. With his international experiences and connections, he believes that he has established himself firmly in the perfect location to help his current clientele and to reach others through referrals and his niche expertise. When Connor is not in the office, you can find him on the golf course, working out in the gym, or traveling with his girlfriend. Connor’s mantra in the words of Jerry Rice: “Do today what others won’t, so tomorrow you can do what others can’t.”
