Greg Davis

Greg Davis is a dynamic Associate Broker and a driving force behind the success of Engel & Völkers Atlanta’s newest team, The Davis and Hawbaker Team. As a Co-leader, Greg plays a pivotal role in shaping the team's strategies with his strong financial background and entrepreneurial spirit.

After graduating with a degree in finance from Kennesaw State University, Greg worked in the film industry on many productions, including The Hunger Games franchise, The Tomorrow War, Bad Boys & The Walking Dead. Greg eventually started his own equipment rental company within the film industry and sold a portion of it in 2021.

While working in film, Greg decided to get his real estate license to start investing in real estate in 2015 and eventually his broker's license in 2019. After a few years of renovating and selling homes, Greg decided to get into long-term investments and now owns rental properties in Florida & Georgia, including Tranquille Resort located on Lake Chatuge. As a Broker with Davis and Hawbaker Real Estate Group and a member of the Cobb Board of REALTORS®, Greg has helped oversee close to 100 million in residential sales since 2019.
