Born and raised in Roswell and now based in Marietta, Hailee serves clients throughout the greater Atlanta area with a focus on making the process feel clear, supported, and empowering. She’s especially passionate about guiding buyers and sellers who want strong communication and a thoughtful plan—whether that means educating a first-time buyer step-by-step or helping a seller understand the strategy behind pricing, positioning, and negotiation.
Before real estate, Hailee built a results-driven career in sales where trust and precision were non-negotiable. She spent three years with Stryker in orthopedic medical sales, supporting surgeons in the operating room and playing a direct role in helping patients regain mobility. She then transitioned into software sales, partnering with businesses to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Those experiences sharpened her ability to simplify complex information, stay calm under pressure, and advocate with confidence—skills she now brings to every transaction.
Hailee joined Engel & Völkers Atlanta because it has felt like family long before she officially became part of the team. After years of attending events with her sister, an Advisor with the brokerage for over seven years, she witnessed firsthand the professionalism, culture, and genuine care that define the EV community. Now, she’s proud to build her own path within that same standard of service.
Outside of real estate, Hailee stays on the move. Working out, fly fishing, snowboarding, and surfing at the lake, while making time for the people and animals she loves most. She’s a proud aunt to two energetic boys, a devoted dog mom to Harlee (a German Shepherd/Great Dane mix), and shares her home with an outdoor cat who’s convinced he’s a dog. Known for her crawfish boils and backyard game nights, Hailee believes the best work comes from showing up with heart, consistency, and the belief that every day is a chance to grow, give, and help someone move forward with confidence.
