Jakeem Hawkins

The oldest of four siblings, Jakeem Hawkins was born and raised in Sacramento California. As the oldest, Jakeem learned responsibility early in life, in the daily caring for his siblings. This was the foundation, carried over throughout the years in Jakeem’s understanding of what it means to take care and responsibility for others. This is where Jakeem’s "client first” mentality and his focus on customer service are rooted.

Jakeem’s two passions growing up were acting and playing football. He decided in his junior year of high school to focus on football, which took him to the University of Hawaii, where he majored in Speech Communications. After college, Jakeem played one year of Arena football in Texas before making the decision to once again pursue his passion for acting. Jakeem's return to acting has been a successful one, booking commercial, television and film roles such as Nike Jordan, Comcast Xfinity, Chance on Hulu, and most recently Free Byrd on Amazon Prime.

Jakeem’s past acting experience led to his working with Ricky Russert (well established in film and television acting), who had joined Engel & Volkers top producing team, Intown Advisors early in 2020. Ricky had achieved Atlanta Board of REALTOR®Top Producer status in his first year in Real Estate with the Intown Advisors team. In addition to benefitting from Ricky’s recent Real Estate success, Jakeem can draw on the experience of Julian Rather (Associate Broker with 20+ years of Top Producer performance) and Jeremy Smith (Top Producer status in each of his 10 years in Real Estate) to assist him in the development of his going forward Real Estate career.
