Jeremy joined the Engel & Völkers Atlanta brokerage in April of 2019 and brings more than fifteen years of residential real estate experience. In 2013, at just nineteen years old, he became one of the youngest agents to achieve Million Dollar Club status with the Atlanta REALTORS® Association. He is now a Life Member, having qualified every year since, and is a recipient of the prestigious Phoenix Award.
A consistent top performer at Engel & Völkers Atlanta, Jeremy holds the designation of Condominium Sales Specialist and has a strong focus on the intown condominium marketplace. He offers his clients a deep understanding of condo sales from both the buyer and listing perspectives.
Early in his career, Jeremy was extensively involved in the management of Freddie Mac REO inventory in Douglas and Paulding counties. This background gave him valuable insight into the investment and rental property market, which he uses to guide his investor clients with precision and strategy. Jeremy is known for his enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and client-first approach, keeping his clients informed and engaged at every stage of the process.
Jeremy currently serves as the Vice President of Membership for the Buckhead Business Association, where he focuses on growing the organization’s network, increasing member engagement, and fostering meaningful connections between business professionals across the Atlanta community.
He is also proud to serve as a host of the Emmy-nominated television show The American Dream: Selling Atlanta, which is syndicated on HGTV, FOX Cable, Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire, and Prime Video. The show highlights the lifestyle, culture, people, and real estate that make Atlanta such a dynamic place to live and work.
Outside of real estate, Jeremy is deeply committed to philanthropic work throughout the Atlanta community. Each year he participates in the Special Olympics Polar Plunge at Lake Allatoona to help raise awareness and funding for Special Olympics athletes and their programs. Over the past six years, the Engel & Völkers Atlanta team has raised more than $247,000 for the organization and has been recognized as the number one fundraising team for six consecutive years.
Jeremy also serves on the host committee for the Greedy Crossties Gala benefiting Grady Young Professionals, supporting the life-saving work of the Grady Health System and helping raise awareness for the critical impact Grady has across the Atlanta community.
In addition, Jeremy and his husband, Cody Alcorn, raised more than $50,000 for the Alzheimer’s Association through the 2023 Dancing Stars of Atlanta fundraiser. Cody was honored with the Judges’ Choice Award for his performance, and supporting the fight against Alzheimer’s is a cause deeply personal to them, as both have had family members affected by the disease.
