With nearly a decade of experience, Kathy brings a unique blend of expertise and passion to the real estate scene. But her journey didn't start there. Before diving into the world of property, Kathy spent many years in the medical field monitoring anesthesia and patient care in the OR and serving as a liaison for referring doctors. She specialized in opening new offices from the floorboards, up, and this passion became a wonderful segue into real estate.
Now, as an active member of the Northeast Atlanta Metro Board of REALTORS®, Kathy specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, bringing her keen eye for potential and design sensibilities to every client interaction. Kathy has lived in Gwinnett County for over 24 years and has always been a participating parent involved in giving back to her community.
When she's not busy helping her clients find their dream homes, Kathy can be found on the tennis court with her women's ALTA league or in her studio, painting. Family is very important to Kathy, and after her husband of 37 years passed away, she worked hard at creating a new life for her and her sons, Evan and Matthew. A lot of positive changes have happened in the past three years – she has found love again, and she has welcomed a new grandbaby bringing the total to 2 wonderful grandson’s, Tucker and Caleb.
