Kristina Kapeller

Originally from Upstate New York but proudly rooted in Metro Atlanta, Kristina Kapeller brings a deep understanding of the city’s neighborhoods, culture, and lifestyle to every client experience. Having lived throughout the Atlanta area, from Kennesaw and Peachtree Corners to Southwest Atlanta and Woodstock, Kristina offers clients a well-rounded perspective of the market paired with a genuine passion for helping people find where they truly belong. Licensed since 2019, she leads Elephant House Collective, a collaborative real estate team known for delivering thoughtful guidance, strong advocacy, and elevated service across every stage of the buying and selling process.

Kristina specializes in first-time homebuyers, relocations, buy-and-sell transitions, new construction, luxury properties, and historic homes. Prior to real estate, she worked as a Regional Circulation and Distribution Manager for Where Traveler, overseeing Atlanta, Nashville, and Charlotte. That experience allowed her to explore Atlanta on a deeper level and sparked the connection to the city that continues to shape her work today. Clients value her ability to create a calm, supportive environment during what can often be one of life’s most emotional and vulnerable transitions. For Kristina, real estate is ultimately about relationships, trust, and helping people feel confident every step of the way.

In 2026, Kristina and her team joined Engel & Völkers Atlanta and rebranded as Elephant House Collective, marking an exciting new chapter focused on growth, collaboration, and delivering an even higher level of client care. Together, the team operates with a shared philosophy centered around integrity, communication, and always acting in the client’s best interest. Clients benefit not only from Kristina’s expertise, but from the collective support and insight of an entire team working seamlessly behind the scenes.

Outside of real estate, Kristina enjoys staying active, reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband, son, and their lively household of cats, dogs, and chickens. She is also a member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association.
