Leighann Nash, a distinguished member of The Russell Group, began her real estate career by obtaining her Real Estate Salesperson license in August 2005, followed by her Broker's License in 2010. Over the years, she has specialized in luxury homes, lake properties, REO properties, first-time home buyers, and short sales.

In 2011, Leighann joined Keller Williams Realty as a Team Leader, where she dedicated her efforts to teaching, consulting, and training agents, helping them elevate their business. She also managed brokerage operations across two market centers. This role provided her with invaluable experience and exposure to some of the industry's most innovative and successful minds.

Despite enjoying her role as a Team Leader, Leighann's passion for directly assisting buyers and sellers led her back to hands-on real estate work. Her commitment to helping clients with their most significant investments motivated her to return to serving her clients, friends, and colleagues.

In 2013, Leighann re-entered production and consistently demonstrated her real estate expertise by ranking in the Top 5 within her local market annually, culminating in receiving the Phoenix Award in 2023.

Leighann expanded her horizons in 2017 by obtaining her Florida license. Over the past few years, she has gradually explored the market and is now thrilled to expand The Russell Group into Florida's Panhandle, adopting the motto "Georgia Peaches to Florida Beaches." Additionally, she has joined Engel & Völkers as an advisor in both Georgia and Florida, leveraging their advanced marketing platforms and strategies to better serve her clients.
