Mindy McCorvey

Inspired by the global reach and unsurpassed quality of the Engel & Völkers brand, Melinda (Mindy) McCorvey has been an integral part of the real estate industry since 2009, operating under the global brand of Engel & Völkers for nearly a decade. Mindy specializes in land and lot acquisitions for builders and developers in the greater Atlanta area, general sales, investment properties, and working with investors, which rounds out a portfolio of experience that her diverse clientele can rely on. With her additional specialization in business development, Mindy understands all facets pertaining to running and operating a smooth business approach, which translates into the level of service she is able to achieve for her sphere. Mindy understands and appreciates that every transaction is different, and she enjoy thinking outside of the box and structuring deals that not everybody is capable of doing.

Originally from Orlando, Mindy has called Atlanta home since 1997 and is currently raising two daughters in Roswell. She is an active member of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® and is incredibly passionate in the role she assumes day in and day out as the best representation for her clients. In her spare time, she enjoys a myriad of outdoor activities such as tennis, gardening, or simply spending time with her family and dog.

Mindy credits her father as one of the main mentors in her life. "He has been in real estate for over 50 years and has taught me that this business is really about understanding what your clients are looking to accomplish," according to Mindy. "Once you really understand who you are working with, closing the deal comes naturally. He taught me how important it is to always take care of my clients, gain their trust, earn repetitive business, and receive referrals."

In Mindy’s words, "Doing what you like is freedom. Liking what you do is happiness. In the end, we only regret the chances we didn't take."
