Nat Milburn

Nat was born in Atlanta and grew up in Northern Virginia and Chattanooga. His interest in real estate began at the age of eight, helping his mom, Merilee. He remembers fondly helping her bake cookies and put out open house signs for her listings. After completing university in Chattanooga and Tokyo, Japan, Nat returned to Atlanta in 1994. For the last 25 years, he has been a consumer of real estate brokerage services, having purchased and sold homes within some of Atlanta’s most desirable neighborhoods: Ansley Park, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Chastain Park, Vinings, and Grant Park. 

After a successful career brokering licensing deals for The Coca-Cola Company, Newell Brands, and early-stage tech startups, Nat decided in 2020 to pursue his passion for real estate. For the past two years, Nat has been named a Top 15% Individual Producer by the Atlanta REALTORS® Association. 

With a heart for service and an eye for detail, Nat has successfully deployed the skills developed working with FORTUNE 100 companies to deliver a high standard of service for his clients. He has successfully represented both sellers and buyers of single-family homes, condos, and land.

Nat and his wife, Stacy, are proud of their large, blended family that includes five young adults who are thriving in careers and colleges across four states. They currently live in Vinings, GA.
