Ralph Herrera

Ralph brings nearly four decades of experience in sales, management, public relations, marketing, and events across real estate, media, and communications. He joined Engel & Völkers Atlanta in 2020 and has been a licensed Georgia real estate professional in Atlanta since 2004. His interest in real estate began early, when his parents purchased a quadruplex investment property and he helped manage it. He enjoys working with seasoned home sellers and buyers, real estate investors, and first-time homebuyers alike. Ralph represents clients in many of Atlanta’s most desirable neighborhoods, including Buckhead and Brookhaven. His broad business background allows him to deliver exceptional results with professionalism, personalized service, and discretion.

Before entering real estate, Ralph worked for Cox Media Group in Miami and managed business units for Univision in Miami and Telemundo in San Juan and San Francisco. Born in Havana, Cuba, and raised in Miami from the age of one, he takes pride in growing up immersed in both English- and Spanish-speaking cultures. Over the years, he has lived, worked, and built lasting personal and professional relationships in Atlanta, Miami, San Juan, San Francisco, and London. He has relocated to Atlanta twice and often says, “I think Atlanta’s so nice; I moved here twice!” Ralph is a member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, the Georgia Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.​ Ralph attended Miami Dade College and has taken professional development training throughout his career, including at Babson College and The London School of Economics.   

A three-time marathoner and 18-time half-marathoner, Ralph can often be found running through Buckhead, both for exercise and to stay connected to the market he serves. He lives in Peachtree Hills with his wife, Tamira, and they enjoy travel, hiking, cycling, cooking, and exploring Atlanta’s newest restaurants. Ralph also serves as president of his townhome homeowners’ association and is a member of The Lake Lanier Sailing Club, where he races his ILCA Laser whenever possible.
