Renee Koenig

Renee’s background in interiors is instrumental in helping her clients to see a home for what it could be, whether it is New construction and a blank canvas or an older home in need of rejuvenation. While Renee’s great passion is Historic Preservation, she loves to be a part of the New Construction world. Watching a building’s progress from conception to delivery is just as fulfilling as giving an historic home a new life. Every home is a home to someone and carries their memories of the time they spent there. 

Renee believes that Real Estate is an industry that must move with technology and believes in keeping up with the newest trends. She loves that Engel & Völkers holds the same belief and prides itself in providing the latest and greatest tools to their advisors locally and globally. 

Renee is a native of the south and enjoys living in Atlanta with her husband Stefan, young son and two rescue pups.
