Originally from Ocala, Florida—and proudly born in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands—Rox-Ann now calls Smyrna home. She specializes in new construction, first-time buyers, relocation, and luxury homes across the metro Atlanta area. Her favorite neighborhood? Midtown—where vibrant energy, cozy cafés, and lively parks create a dynamic space she loves to explore.

 

Outside of work, Rox-Ann is a proud mom to her daughter, Ray-Ann, and their Shih Tzu, Saint. She enjoys writing poetry, hiking, live music, and community service through her church, where she serves on the worship team and helps with outreach events. One of her proudest achievements? Helping a client sell four properties in five months after they struggled for over a year with another agent—proof of her determination and client-first approach.
