Sheila Gouldman

Hi, I'm Sheila Gouldman, co-leader of the Hugel & Gouldman Team at Engel & Völkers North Atlanta with Zahra Hugel. With nearly 25 years of combined experience, we bring both fresh energy and seasoned insight to every transaction. Sheila’s background in custom home construction began with her builder father, while Zahra’s decade in marketing and sales helped her quickly rise to the top 20% of agents.

We specialize in new home construction, listings, and helping buyers find the right fit. What drives us is helping clients build generational wealth through homeownership. Whether you’re building from the ground up or buying for the first time, we bring deep knowledge, strategy, and a heart for service.

Based in North Atlanta—Zahra in Canton and Sheila in Milton—we’re deeply involved in our communities. Sheila volunteers with her daughter’s cheer team, while Zahra serves through her church and local charities. Outside of work, we love paddleboarding, exploring farmers markets, and road-tripping for great coffee.
