Born and raised in Georgia, I bring Southern hospitality, a creative eye, and deep local knowledge to every transaction. With a background in interior design, advertising, and marketing, I offer a well-rounded, solutions-driven approach to real estate—blending space planning, architectural insight, and lifestyle fit with skilled negotiation and personal care.

I’m proud to be part of the powerhouse Katie Pierce Properties team, working alongside my sister, niece, and nephew. Together, we serve clients across Northeast Georgia and Coastal South Carolina, combining Engel & Völkers’ global reach with boutique-level service. Whether it’s a luxury estate, a lakeside retreat, or a home on the golf course, I guide each client with expertise and an approachable, down-to-earth style.

When I’m not helping clients find their perfect home, I’m enjoying life in my hometown of Braselton with my husband, Craig, and our son, Gabe, who’s an NCAA swimmer at Centre College in Kentucky. You’ll often find me boating on Lake Lanier, golfing at Chateau Elan, attending local festivals, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, or enjoying a glass of wine at a nearby vineyard. I love a good road trip and believe in living fully, whether glamping with friends or catching the action at the Kentucky Derby or Petit Le Mans.

Giving back is important to me. I support causes close to my heart, including the P4 Foundation, Kares 4 Kids, Streetwise, and Hope 4 Domestic Violence. To me, real estate is about more than just property—it’s about people, community, and building a beautiful life.
