Downing Park, the one-of-a-kind, luxury boutique neighborhood in Druid Hills, has officially launched sales, announced Engel & Völkers Atlanta, the brokerage firm leading the sales and marketing for the project. Situated on a historic estate, the exclusive community will feature 20 residences and is being developed by Reed & Co., working with M. Crisler Designs for interior design, TSW as the land architect and Eberly Associates for site planning. The first-released homes, with already 20% reserved, began selling at $1.6 million.
