Each year, advisors from across the Engel & Völkers global network gather for EVX, the brand’s annual conference. More than an event, EVX is a moment to reflect on the culture, collaboration, and shared standards that define Engel & Völkers around the world. This year, EVX 2026 brought the network together in Miami for several days of conversation, celebration, and inspiration. Advisors and leaders from across the Americas gathered not simply to recognize accomplishments, but to reaffirm the principles that guide the brand.
Engel & Völkers Americas CEO Stuart Siegel opened the conference with a message that resonated deeply across the room. Size is not a strategy. Scaling is a discipline. In a real estate industry that often focuses on rapid expansion and agent headcount, Engel & Völkers continues to prioritize something different. Quality. Professionalism. And a culture designed to elevate the advisors who represent the brand.
The numbers behind the network tell a powerful story. Across the Americas, Engel & Völkers recorded more than 25 billion dollars in sales volume and nearly 30,000 transactions in 2026. The average sales price across the network reached 769,334 dollars, reflecting the premium markets and clients served by Engel & Völkers advisors. Advisor productivity within the network remains approximately two times the national average. Within the brand’s Private Office division alone, 315 advisors average more than 600,000 dollars in gross commission income. These metrics illustrate a fundamental difference in philosophy. Engel & Völkers is not built around recruiting the largest number of agents. Instead, the brand attracts professionals who are committed to operating at a higher level.
The network occupies a unique place in the real estate landscape. It combines the personal service and culture of a boutique brokerage with the reach, sophistication, and resources of a global brand. Advisors benefit from world class marketing, technology, and referral opportunities while still maintaining the collaborative and relationship driven culture that defines the Engel & Völkers experience.
In many ways, the guiding principle is simple. At Engel & Völkers, you are a name, never a number. That sentiment was on full display throughout the week, especially during the annual awards dinner, where advisors and shops from across the Americas were recognized for their achievements.
Engel & Völkers Atlanta was deeply honored to be recognized among the top performing shops in the network. Our shop ranked number three in the entire Engel & Völkers Americas network for sides represented in 2025 and number four for gross commission income. Within our own team, advisor Christa Huffstickler was recognized as the number three individual in the network for sides represented in 2025. In addition to these performance honors, Engel & Völkers Atlanta was also recognized with the Special Olympics Shop Group Award. This recognition reflects a commitment that extends beyond real estate and into meaningful community impact. To be acknowledged within a network as accomplished as Engel & Völkers is both humbling and inspiring. It is a reflection of the dedication, collaboration, and professionalism that defines our advisors and staff each day.
Throughout the conference, one theme continued to emerge. The most successful advisors in the Engel & Völkers network do not simply build careers. They build relationships, reputations, and long term trust with their clients and peers. It was a reminder that Engel & Völkers is more than a brokerage. It is a global community of professionals who share a commitment to excellence, collaboration, and service. This culture is reflected in the longevity of the network’s top advisors. Among the top one hundred producing advisors across the Americas, the average tenure within the brand exceeds six years. In an industry where agents frequently move between brokerages, that level of loyalty speaks volumes about the environment Engel & Völkers has created.
The conference closed with a message that encapsulated the spirit of the brand and the mindset that drives the network forward. Be proud. Be confident. Be known. For Engel & Völkers Atlanta, EVX 2026 was both a celebration and a reminder of the standards we strive to uphold every day. We are proud to represent Atlanta within a global network that values professionalism, collaboration, and community impact. And we are incredibly grateful to our advisors, clients, and partners who make this journey possible.
As we return home inspired by the conversations and recognition of the week, one thing is certain. The future of Engel & Völkers is not defined simply by growth, but by the caliber of the people who choose to be part of it.
And here in Atlanta, we are honored to continue building something truly special.
