Engel & Völkers Atlanta is expanding for the second time this year with the absorption of existing Engel & Völkers markets in Buckhead and North Fulton and the opening of a new location in Sandy Springs.
The moves follow the brokerage’s March expansion to North Georgia with its Blue Ridge location.
The new Sandy Springs office will be led by Matt LaMarsh, Christin Coffin and Kristen Skebe, while Sam Morgan, director of sales for Engel & Völkers Atlanta, will head up the new North Fulton office as managing broker.
Both locations will officially open before September.
