Charlie’s professional background spans decades within the healthcare services industry, where he held senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Sales, and Regional Vice President. In these positions, he guided complex organizations, managed multi-state operations, and consistently delivered strong, measurable outcomes. His experience across the Southeast and Midwest shaped a disciplined, solutions-oriented approach that now defines his work in real estate.
 
Real estate has long been a central part of Charlie’s career. He led the search, acquisition, design, and development of medical facilities, overseeing projects from initial concept through completion. This hands-on involvement in site selection, construction, and long-term asset strategy provided a comprehensive understanding of the real estate landscape well before his transition into residential advisory.
 
Licensed in Georgia since 1998 and now also in Alabama, Tennessee, and Florida, Charlie brings a depth of experience that is both practical and strategic. Today, he applies that perspective to guiding buyers and sellers with clarity and confidence. His approach is grounded in professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a seamless experience at every stage.
