After an expansive 2023, Engel & Völkers Atlanta is keeping the momentum going this year with the addition of another brokerage, Davis & Hawbaker Real Estate.
The firm serves Atlanta, Smyrna, Marietta, Sandy Springs, Canton, and other communities. It was founded in 2020 by Greg Davis and Jimmy Hawbaker and saw business almost triple in its second year and quadruple by its fourth year, according to a press release announcing the affiliation.
Last year, Engel & Völkers Atlanta added Engel & Völkers Sandy Springs, Engel & Völkers Buckhead, and Engel & Völkers North Atlanta to its portfolio of offices and opened Engel & Völkers North Georgia Mountains in Blue Ridge.
