Veteran Realtor Joins Engel and Völkers Atlanta as Chief Growth Officer

Engel & Völkers Atlanta has appointed Christopher Burell as chief growth officer as the residential real estate brokerage executes its expansion plans.

Burell will oversee management, team and brand building, agent growth, and office leadership, according to the firm.

In his previous roles, Burell has served as a managing director at Compass and in leadership positions at Atlanta brokerages Ansley Real Estate and Harry Norman Realtors.

He also has held management roles at the Atlanta Realtors Association and is the group’s president-elect for 2024. In addition, he is a director at the National Association of Realtors and a member of its land use committee.

Earlier this year, Engel & Völkers acquired brokerages AtHome & Co. and Davis & Hawbaker.
