The St. Regis Residences, Boston
The St. Regis Residences, Boston, is a new luxury condominium on the last remaining residential waterfront development site on the Boston Harbor. It is the first condominium development in the city to offer five-star branded residences without an attached hotel. Furthermore, 12,000 square feet of amenities within the building is the largest collection of amenities per square foot per resident of any condominium in Boston. The Grand Lounge overlooking the Boston Harbor features a catering kitchen, a luxurious boardroom doubling as a private dining room, and a big screen for the Thanksgiving Day football game. Two Guest Suites are also available to accommodate residents’ guests.
