Josh currently serves as President of the LGBTQ+ Alliance, Vice Chair of the IDEA Committee at the Cobb Association of REALTORS®, and is an active member of the Atlanta, Cobb, and North Georgia Boards of REALTORS®. Joining Josh is Armando Morales, whose creative background brings a distinctive perspective to the client experience. Originally from Miami, Armando previously worked with renowned companies including DreamWorks Animation and Technicolor before transitioning into real estate. Today, he combines his expertise in branding, design, photography, and marketing with thoughtful client service to help every listing and every client stand out. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Armando is passionate about delivering a personalized experience for a diverse range of clients.
The team is further strengthened by Tasha Lienemann, who has proudly called Atlanta home since 1994. With a passion for helping clients build long-term wealth through homeownership and investment opportunities, Tasha offers both local market knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for the city's continued growth.
