Hi, we’re Zahra Hugel and Sheila Gouldman, real estate advisors with Engel & Völkers North Atlanta. With nearly 25 years of combined experience, we bring both fresh energy and seasoned insight to every transaction. Sheila’s background in custom home construction began with her builder father, while Zahra’s decade in marketing and sales helped her quickly rise to the top 20% of agents.

 

We specialize in new home construction, listings, and helping buyers find the right fit. What drives us is helping clients build generational wealth through homeownership. Based in North Atlanta—Zahra in Canton and Sheila in Milton—we’re deeply involved in our communities. Sheila volunteers with her daughter’s cheer team, while Zahra serves through her church and local charities. Outside of work, we love paddleboarding, exploring farmers' markets, and road-tripping for great coffee.
